Hey everyone! Welcome to the new-and-improved TIFFANYWANG.NET :)

In the last few months, it’s begun to feel increasingly restrictive to be running a fashion blog – especially when I’ve been attending blogger preview dinners and restaurant and bar openings that I've wanted to share with you guys. The only platform where I could feature all this non-fashion content was my Instagram, which was fine for awhile but ultimately shifted the focus away from my blog, which I always treated like an afterthought.

Last week it just clicked that I needed to take my blog in a new direction. I’ve created different categories (food & drink, travel, style) so that I can cover more topics, and I’ve chosen a new layout that’s more conducive to navigating my new varied content. It’s still a work-in-progress, but let me know what y'all think!

And now for my very first food post on the blog! This review of One Market’s newly revamped Weekend Beast series – an a la carte or prix fixe menu that highlights a different animal each week, showing three different preparations (appetizer, entrée and dessert) – is long overdue. I was invited to sample their pork menu at the chef’s table located in the kitchen last month alongside fellow bloggers, and had a grand ol' time.

The entire meal was tasty, inventive and beautifully presented, from start to finish. Standout dishes included the goat cheese panna cotta (impossibly creamy, sweet yet salty), slow-cooked wild king salmon (the most tender and perfectly cooked salmon I’ve ever had), smoked pork belly (with polenta, chicharrones, hen egg and pickled hon shimeji mushrooms plucked from the chef’s garden), roasted pork roulade (well-balanced and delicious), and bacon profiteroles (ice cream with bourbon caramel and candied peanuts)! And did I mention the wine pairings were fantastic, too?

I’m typically not a fan of dessert, but the plating was so playful and cute that even I couldn’t resist a taste!
